SpringHill Suites by Marriott Chattanooga South/Ringgold, GA

I’ve stayed here twice now when traveling through the area and wouldn’t pick any other hotel! When you walk in, everything is spotless and smells amazing. The rooms are immaculate. They are updated and so clean. My family all sleeps amazing in the comfy beds. The complimentary breakfast was great. All of the employees we met were so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

We booked on our way to Florida and enjoyed it so much, we booked for our way back home! We were pleasantly surprised by the pull out bed under the couch in the double queen suite which was perfect for our two kids! The rooms were clean and roomy! The fire pit is such a great touch to relax after a long drive! Danielle was absolutely so sweet and accomodating when we found the pool temperature was way too hot. The moment we notified her she was on the ball and went to adjust it. She exceeded our expectations as far as great service goes both times! Will definitely return here when we are in the area.

I travel a lot and for the price, this is absolutely one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. Staff was very friendly and efficient. The whole place is extremely clean and has that new car smell. Highly recommend staying here if you are passing thru the area.

Great customer service. Very welcoming and friendly. Already had our room keys ready it took less than 2 minutes to check in. I was impressed with the nice atmosphere of this hotel and the front entry, lounge and kitchen area. Well kept and clean. Pool was already clothed but got to check out the gym. Definitely small but had the basics. Water station is always nice and restrooms on the first floor near by.! That’s always nice. Not all hotels provide restrooms outside of your room when traveling.

Excellent and stylish rooms. Kevin the night manager is very friendly, courteous, and attentive. The room was a bit hot, but he fixed it without a problem. CLEAN and VERY comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re in the area. If I am back in this area, I will choose SpringHill Suites before any other hotel.

We stayed at Townplace Suites in room 106 close to lobby. The staff that we encountered were very nice. It was a very nice place for $110. There were cheaper hotels in the area so not the best price, but it was up on a hill kind of off by itself and we liked that. We saw a couple of dogs and worried that it might be loud, but we didn’t hear a thing so either we were lucky and the dogs were quiet dogs, or the walls were very sound proof. Obviously if we were traveling with a dog we wouldn’t even mention it lol. This was the first hotel we stayed at on a 10 day vacation. I didn’t take enough notes to remember everything. I’m sorry I don’t remember anything about breakfast. To me, that means it was fine. Most breakfasts are all the same anyway. I do think they had bananas at breakfast. A small thing, but at home I eat a banana everyday and this hotel was the only one (out of the 5 hotels we stayed at on this vacation) that had bananas lol. I eventually had to go to a grocery store to buy bananas. We would definitely stay there again.

We stayed there for one night, and it was an awful experience. There were a lot of bugs (not just ladybugs, as they mentioned). We informed them, and they changed our room, but bugs came out again after turning on the heating system. There was also a dirty couch. We paid $150 for one night, and it was an absolutely awful experience.

Location was convenient while driving through the area. Hotel is in need of some updating. Shower door had to be pried open. Instead of refilling shampoo/ conditioner/body wash they put a second set of bottles on the wall of the shower. Stains on the bedding for trundle bed. For one night it was okay. We arrived late at night. Front desk staff was welcoming.
